okay, i told hubby that im done with all the micheal jackson news coverages. somehow, i’ve picked up this wierd habit of scouring every entertainment and international broadcast for updates about him. what can i say? this guy is so fascinating. his death even made him more popular. i remember the last time i found myself glued to the television for days was during princess diana’s death.
anyways, if there’s one item that struck me most about mj’s death is jordan chandler recent admission. let me refresh your memories a bit. jordan chandler was the 13 year old boy who accused micheal jackson of sexual abuse. it was the most celebrated case in 1993 which greatly affected micheal’s image, reputation, and eventually cost him his career.
well, guess what? mr chandler has retracted his statements and admitted that he lied about his accusations. after two dacades, he finally tells the truth. it was remorse that probably triggered him to spill the beans. after, of couse the reported $22 mil he got as settlement. jordan finally admitted that his father, evan made him tell all those nasty, untrue stories. according to him, it was his father’s way of getting out of poverty.
so, all the while mj was telling the truth. he is innocent. but its too late now. the glove one is gone. now where is the poetic justice in that?
